April and Stephen first worked together during a pill mill investigation, where their pharmacy and law enforcement backgrounds complemented one another. Stephen Tinsley is a former DEA Supervisory Special Agent and Resident Agent in Charge. He also served as a Special Agent with Georgia Bureau of Investigations and as an elected Sheriff. He has decades of federal, state, and local law enforcement and investigative experience, including complex drug investigations, conspiracy cases, interviews, surveillance, evidence development, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies.
